Re: Ballot Sharing Thread
The person who put Shane Hagadorn above Larry Sweeney on the non wrestler list should be banned immediately.

Re: "Sweet and Sour" Larry Sweeney
Sweeney did have 4 matches in ROH. There are a lot of people who are taking out of ring contributions in to account when ranking people like Punk, so I would say if you are doing so you might as well put Sweeney on your rasslers list as well.

Pelle Primeau
Gabe's attempt to manufacture a Mikey Whipwreck in ROH. I think he had enough good matches against Hero/Sweet n Sour to warrant consideration.

Re: Brent Albright
I think he will get left off a bunch of ballots, which is a shame because his run is very solid. If you value quantity and consistency, he might have a case of 30-40. Probably has 4 matches that would be in the 4 star range, right? Morishima matches, Pearce match, tables match?

Re: Nigel McGuinness
I'm curious why people think Nigel should finish third. What is his argument over Aries, Homicide, Morishima et al? I think when you actually put the resumes side by side, Nigel comes up short and his stuff hasn't aged well at all. What are the great Nigel matches where people think he is actively t...

Re: Homicide
If you accept that the stretch peak of ROH was 2003-2008, Homicide was the most important roster member in two of those years (2003 and 2006). It's hard to fathom now, but during that time period, Cide was undeniably a bigger presence than Punk and Danielson.

Re: Amazing Red
Wouldn't even put him in my top 100 TBH. Well yeah if you're including the entire 2015 New Japan roster on that list. And even then Red is better than like all of those guys. Red is the quintessential awful indy wrestler. I don't see much difference between him and the guys who show up to work at t...

Re: Takeshi Morishima
Morishima's title reign is the third best ever, and I think there is a very clear argument for him to finish ahead of Nigel on a ballot, in that he had meaningful defenses and matches against people lower on the card than him. To take the comparison further, Morishima had better matches than Nigel a...

Re: Jimmy Jacobs
I wish I had seen this sooner, because I think people focusing on his out of ring contributions are selling him short in terms of match quality. Is he as consistent as the top tier guys? No, of course not, but to say he doesn't have high end matches is ludicrous. The Whitmer matches were great. The ...

Re: Nate Webb
I asked to have Nate Webb nominated. He might be part of my last 5 in. I think he's the best part of the best ever ROH match, and thus deserves conversation in the same fashion that Kobashi would.
