Re: PWG (Pro Wrestling Guerilla)

PWG is at its best when it is taking advantage of the trend and using new, fresh talent. By incorporating the likes of Eagles, Rock, Ishimori & Violence Unlimited, these shows should be fresh. Also, WALTER vs. Rock vs. Lee could be a MOTY contender.

Re: VOW Flagship: Elimination Chamber, Honor Rising, CHIKARA Name Game & Your Questions!

That WrestleCircus rant was epic. Top 5 Joe rant, I'd say. I was literally dying at the rant and the Jervis burial. Incredible.

The CHIKARA name game also was incredible. Awesome flagship here. Also, shame you didn't answer the thoughts on waifus. Really wanna hear Joe say that word.

Re: Strong Style Spirit - New Japan catch all thread

I agree with Frank on the Beer City Bruiser point. Not too many wrestlers come out of Wisconsin, so to see one do well in NJPW was awesome. And extremely weird. Also, this Golden Lovers storyline may be the most captivated I've ever been in wrestling. Can't wait to see where they go.

Re: Strong Style Spirit - New Japan catch all thread

Anniversary show card out on the NJPW website - including the English one. A few thoughts: -Kitamura having has seventh trial series match against a guy who he already faced is odd, but he can safely beat Nakanishi -Finlay/Robinson vs. Ishii/Yano could be a banger of an undercard match, also it's bi...

Thanks to the plug on the Twitter account, voting has taken off in the last hour. Today is the last day! Vote! Also, not sure how I'll publish the results yet. At this point, I'm considering doing a short article featuring the top 10 or 5, with the other matches to get votes getting an honorable me...

Re: Strong Style Spirit - New Japan catch all thread

Ospreay/Takahashi was great, as expected. Other than that, a weak show. Goto/EVIL was trash. Like, holy crap, I did not care. Okada/SANADA was solid up until the finishing stretch, and when the crowd heated up and Okada did those amazing nearfalls, it become great for me. Ospreay/Takahashi at ****1/...

BJW 1.2 is up on BJWCore now! If you haven't already, everyone needs to watch Hashimoto vs. Kawakami and Takeda vs. Tsukamoto. Both incredible matches.
