Ricochet vs. Cobb really fucks my brackets. I have Cobb getting to the finals but I KNOW PWG wants to do Ospreay-Ricochet......

I was irrationally hoping for a Ospreay/Sabre Jr/Andrews vs. Pentagon Jr/Fenix/Kamaitachi match. :(

Those complaining about Cody vs. Callihan, look at lineup again:

These two are the two most recently experienced in WWE. While there's a good chance the match will be a wet fart, it may also be the most conducive in helping Cody transition to the indies.

On paper, this may be the best BOLA of all time. Scurll vs. Pentagon, Cobb vs. Ricochet, Fenix vs. Ospreay.....that's just absolutely damn ridiculous. I'm beyond hyped.

If Rhodes vs Callihan is the worst match on the card, then it's a bloody good card. Cody is not a bad wrestler by any means. He was a solid hand in the WWE even if he wasn't spectacular (I remember when he got loud 'Cody' chants back in the days when The Shield were around). Although, he is still the weakest wrestler on paper in this tournament but that is more to do with the incredible talent involved rather than Cody being an awful wrestler. I think Callihan & Cody will have a good match but I think it will likely be looked upon negatively because of the high bar that is set in PWG.

Rhodes x Callihan is because they want Cody to beat someone and they're sacrificing Sami right?
I don't really like Sami anyway so I'm cool with it.
I agree with ScorpioCorp, it'll be a good 3 star match at best and hopefully, they have Cody face Hero next because he needs to have a good showing and Hero is the guy to help you do that.

I agree also about Cody-Callihan. I like both more than most people do, so I'm expecting good stuff. Nothing on Ricochet-Jeff Cobb, Ospreay-Fenix or Scurll-Pentagon level but I think they'll have a perfectly good match.

Literally every match looks amazing. No filler or no "ehhh" matches. That's just insane.

I'm fine with Cody/Sami because it puts two guys I couldn't give the slightest fuck about it one match. Two birds, one stone. The only problem is someone has to advance and sadly I see it being Cody just because right now everyone is catering to him.

Cobb/Ricochet is super interetsing to me and makes me re-think the entire tournament. I wonder if PWG has something up their sleeve here to really shake up the booking of this tournament. The great thing is with all that talent available you really can't go wrong with who advances.
Young Bucks & Adam Cole vs. Dalton Castle & The Boys
I can't be the only one who sees this and thinks it screams huge twist coming, right? I mean The Boys were super fun in that one ROH TV match where they died for our pleasure but clearly this is going to turn into something akin to absolute madness whether it be two surprises coming out dressed as The Boys or The Boys getting destroyed immediatly and some folks running out to help Dalton. Probably a Rick Knox dive mixed in somewhere too.
