So after the paywall went down, it looks like everything WWN related has been removed. Stuff is listed, but you can't play anything. Looks like FloSlam is....just articles now.

The most recent weekend in the Midwest (EVOLVE 92 & EVOLVE 93) was really good. I'd also recommend checking out EVOLVE 91 (I was there live, so I can attest to how great it was), though I honestly don't know what the status is of the EVOLVE VODs from shows under the FloSlam era.

Last I heard, Gabe doesn't think Chip Day had anything to do with it anymore.

I didn't get it from anyone whose name has been thrown out publicly and neither did anyone I've talked to. Though it was floating around the indie scene a ton in general.

I never bought Chip Day as the leak from the moment I heard it.

He's the perfect fall guy for a number of reasons. He has a connection to a WWN talent (Kelly), and lets be honest, nothing against him, loved the Trevor Lee match for example, but he's a guy who isn't booked in a ton of places and has limited upward mobility, so being shunned/blacklisted wouldn't really cost him much career wise.

25% Rebrand/reboot with a bundle of new talent and new feel

I think I'd go higher than 5% for new faction considering it's Gabe (AOTF, McIntyre and EC3, that one other video thing that was online and never went anywhere that might not have been him but could have been).

You know, whatever this is, I have to say it's a good idea to acknowledge the real situation the company finds itself in while promoting these shows, as if they didn't do it, everyone would've just ended up talking about this over anything else that could take place in these shows anyway.

As supersonic posted in the Mania thread, Daisuke Sekimoto is coming to WWN/Evolve Mania weekend. Lots of great possible matchups and he looks to be having at least three matches.

Yo, why would I pay $9.99 for a streaming service in which I cannot even watch their major offering? (Live Evolve shows). Terrible consumer proposition. I say this all the time, your indirect competitor is always XWT and you need to give a value proposition that beats XWT. What XWT does not offer is live HD streaming so you can be part of the discussion. But what do I know? Gabe's been in the game for mad long.
