Imagine if Dragon Lee didn't get hurt what he could've done here.

Dragon Lee and Rush inevitably leaving CMLL will crush me. TFW you're stuck with eternal Super Porky, Rey Bucanero, La Mascara and Mephisto main events. Who are Rey Cometa, Titan, Tiger, Puma, Cavernario and Maya?

Listening to the flagship this morning, and I've gone through YouTube and put together a playlist to prep myself for this event

Kenneth Johnson remains a mystery, so I'm picking him to go all the way

I work with the Monster Factory and Gerry Brisco is a big fan of Anthony Bennett. Here's a match with Him and WAR from November.

I found Kenneth Johnson's facebook page. He has worked since at least 2009 and usually uses the name Weezy Woo. He had at least one match in ROH.

I've seen Weezy Woo a ton, he's a Texas guy. Obviously had no idea he was Kenneth "Slick" Johnson. He mostly works around San Antonio in the Blanchard territory.

I'm debating if I want to watch a lot of these guys matches or go into it with "clean slate".

Ah okay! Added the first match that came up to my playlist.

And now YouTube is recommending me some Austin AAPW school shows, probably some I refereed poorly for

Clément is very talented. I hope he gets a lot of time to shine.
I heard he faces one of the favourite in the 1st round though.

If you want fine matches from him, he faced Chris Hero, and Tommy End several times under the name Tristan Archer.
The matches are on youtube I think.

wXw has put together a YouTube playlist for people to get to know DaMack. There's stuff with Marty Scurll on it. He already arrived in Orlando, as he posted on his Facebook page.

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=P ... mjKvmZEIbo

The guy listed as Fabian Aichner from Italy is not a bodybuilder, like Dave dubbed him, he's a wrestler named "Adrian Severe" who was trained by Alex Wright here in Germany. He had a PC tryout in 2014 if i remember correctly. Tristan Archer, another known name in the european scene, is the guy named Clement Petiout.

Day 1 Update: If you are a WWE fan who doesn't care for indy wrestling but would love to see indy wrestlers under your safe WWE umbrella, this thing is going to be catered to you specifically. This thing will be a very controlled environment. If you're looking for someone to show up & steal the show it's unlikely to happen unless WWE wants it to happen.

I'm not trying to piss all over everyone's dreams, just giving a slight reality check to those who are imagining this will be a WWE version of the J Cup or BOLA or even Super 8 or whatnot. I'm actually being more than nice because from what I heard of day 1 I could rant for hours about how closed minded and inept this company is.

Also, at least one participant will likely change by the time we hit Thursday.

I kind of figured these would be inflated ** specials...maybe as you go along you get some that are afforded time to pop a solid match, but itll be a ton of meh up until you to some bigger matchups down the road.
