Apologies if this is the wrong forum
I placed an order for the Zack Sabre Jr. jacket from SPLX on 1/4/19 and got an order confirmation immediately. On 1/18/19 i got a ship notice, but according to the tracking, no package was received and no updates since then.
Has anyone else used their website and had any success/problems?
I emailed them and the shipping company, DPD and no luck

Haven't bought anything from then for a few years but I never had any issues. However I saw a lot of people did a while back.
